Is Endermologie?
Endermologie is a one of a kind technique designed
to reduce cellulite and contour the body. Endermologie was pioneered
in France over a decade ago; to date its cosmetic benefits have

Endermologie
is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment. Its safety and efficacy
has been the subject of numerous clinical and University trials
since its inception in the mid 1980's. In 1996, Endermologie was
introduced to the United States and has since earned FDA approval
for its aesthetic and therapeutic benefits.
 Endermologie
is performed by a certified technician and it involves the use
of a patented motorized device with adjustable rollers and controlled
suction-combined they create a symmetrical skin-fold. The skin
gently folds and unfolds under the continuous action of the device
allowing for smooth and regulated deep tissue mobilization, resulting
in cellulite reduction and loss of inches.
Cause of Cellulite
 Approximately
90% of women have cellulite and surprisingly many men also have
cellulite. The culprits are continued weight gain and loss (yo-yo
dieting), genetic predisposition and inevitable hormone changes
throughout life. These factors cause the fat cells in the subcutaneous
fat layer to increase up to 300 times their original size and
stick together inside the pockets in which they are enclosed.
The pockets are stretched upward while the fibers in-between the
pockets are strained, circulation is inhibited and toxins and
water are trapped. The result is cellulite.

Endermologie Works
Clinically,
the effectiveness of ENDERMOLOGIE lies in its action upon cutaneous
and subcutaneous structures such as connective tissues, fatty
tissues, as well as vascular and lymphatic circulation.
 The
gentle suction combined with the action of the motorized rollers
successfully fold and unfold the skin. The manipulation of the
cutaneous and subcutaneous skin layers will improve cellular and
fluid exchanges. This results in an immediate influx of blood
along with its nourishing elements. The lymphatic system is also
stimulated which will rid the body of trapped toxins and waste
located within the pockets of cellulite.
Treatment
after treatment, fibroblasts - the connective tissue's mother
cells - are stimulated, leading to renewed collagen and elastin
production. This new collagen and elastin help to tone and tighten
the skin to give it a more youthful appearance.
 Endermologie Treatment
Endermologie
is applied by an LPG Certified Technician. The technicians are
trained to use specific maneuvers with the LPG patented therapeutic
massagers, working various layers of your skin, on all areas of
your body. Various maneuvers are applied first on the back, then
on the buttocks, thighs, legs and finally on the abdomen for a
35 minute total body treatment. Your Endermologie technician will
individualize your treatment by focusing on your problem areas.
